Overall this is a friendly rv resort with loads of activities. The rates are not really cheap though. I will give it 3 out of 5 stars. The park is not ideal because of several things: it has poor drainage and in rain a lot of sites end up under water for a time; and only sites with concrete pads are dry. There is a lot of noisy, dusty, busy construction going on in front of the park. A new lane on the road, new sewer lines, new power transmission lines, and a new bridge over Alligator Creek. Machines are buzzing around all day long and at night the workers leave loud generators on non-stop. If you are closer than the row the laundromat is on then will will be hear the racket. If they ever finish this construction I would rate the park 5 stars. Oh, and don't phone and ask if it's finished because the girls in the office will lie about it. They did to me.
