The Albert St Inn, Stratford

I would not stay at this hotel if they paid me. While the location was good, the hotel itself was horrible, creaky floors, dirty carpets and BUGS! For $130 a night you would expect a nice room, but this was anything but. As we walked down the dimly lit hallway, we noticed that you could see light shining around out doors - there were gaps between door & frame. Upon entering the room we noticed a very dirty couch and floor. The bathroom had ants on the counter and at least 20 dead bugs trapped in the ceiling light. We lasted less than a hour in the room and fled. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was that they gave us a full refund and we were able to get a room at different hotel. I would have NEVER slept if we had stayed there. I was half expecting a kid in a big wheel to come barreling down the hallway any minute!!
