Porto Marina, Alexandria

1. We had to pay twice (once in the head office) and when we got there the transfer was not made internally and it was either we pay again or go home (and thet were very rude about it)......... BTW they did not return the money back untill now (10 month) 2. We paid for a pool veiw room and got a room overlooking the back service area 3. they gave a room for my eldely parent at the end of the cooridor very far from the elevator and refused to change it. 4. The is no channel on their site or on the phone for customer service. 5. The Managment offered me a compensation , but did not actully fulfil it.

It's amazing beautiful place, Full of Fun, white sand, crystal clear sea water, Family vacation, I Loved the spa, yachts and sun set. The hotel is very well Furniture and relaxing, strongly recommend this place

there is unwanted pepole who travel al amoung the place also the hanging of some unresponsible adults who upuse the girls all day & night
