Great amount of space for the money, few issues...

For a family Disney vacation, this property has a prime location that won't break the bank. They also offer a shuttle service to Disney which is always a good thing. We really enjoyed having a seperate bedroom for my wife and I. The lake view was really nice and right outside the front door you could see for miles, spotting some of the Disney spots. Some of the negatives were the bunk beds, which seemed would be very cool, had loose slats holding the top mattress in the bunk and a couple actually fell out while my daughter got up there the first time, so we had the kids sleep on the pullout sofa in the living room. Also, we really enjoyed the washer/dryer feature but didn't realize this meant laundering the towels for the unit ourselves, for there is no housekeeping. Not a big deal, but would liked to have known that before spending the whole day at Disney and planning on coming back to a made room with fresh towels for showering. I called the front desk and they informed me of this and when I asked to get a couple of towels that we could use right away for showers that I would be charged for them, that's pretty lame. The bed in the master suite was stiff, not very comfortable. Lastly, and this is not management's fault but the designers, the master suite in the one bedroom units is right by the front door and our bedroom window was literally right by the next unit's front door, rendering the window useless and more importantly hearing the door slam next door everytime. Those guests decided to start moving stuff down to their vehicle about 4 a.m. and we heard everything, made for a long day with no more sleep. Lastly upon check in, there is a little attempt to rope you into a timeshare presentation but easy to push them off if you just explain firmly that you're not interested (unless of course you are).
