the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

This is the most wonderful hotel I've ever stayed at. The entire staff is wonderful. Great housekeeper, front desk and breakfast people. They all work hard to make the hotel the best it can be. I recommend this hotel to EVERYONE. I'm not surprised to see this hotel booked 3 or 4 days out of the week. The rooms are wonderful, very clean and nicely decorated. Anything I needed the staff was there to help, right down to printing out directions for a spot not even 5 miles away. I love this place, wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express to anyone looking for a good night of rest in a clean well-run motel. It was a welcome retreat after a long day of travel. The rates were reasonable and the service was outstanding. We had absolutely no complaints...nothing but praise. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. We were visiting a nearby hospital and hadn't had time to get directions. They printed out directions for us, giving us personal instructions as well. The staff was very caring and it was evident we were top priority. The Inn was very clean with wonderful accomodations, all that you might expect of a high end establishment. And yes, everything worked. :) If you're looking for southern hospitality, the staff at Holiday Inn Express in Ashland, Kentucky will be there to greet you! We were well rested and on our way with a good breakfast the next day.

When we entered the hotel we were greeted by friendly staff who were very helpful and knew a lot about the town. When we requested more pillows they were brought to our room immediately by the same person who checked us in - they had excellent customer service. My wife is very picky about hotel beds but she slept soundly - the beds were very comfortable and soft. The breakfast was beyond what you typically get when you stay at a hotel. It was a full breakfast with bacon and eggs and everything. Overall we had a very pleasant trip to Ashland! We enjoyed the Shakespeare festival and the hotel was great as well.

I read a review where they said this was the worst Holiday Inn ever. I completely disagree and feel that this person is just being rude and wants to be mean. I have stayed in many hotels and this was one of the best. Not only was there construction going on while we were there but that did not interrupt service at all. We have stayed many times at this specific hotel and when we go to the area we will not think twice about staying again. Great service, Friendly staff and clean environment!!!!!!
