Not Impressed

Was very unimpressed with the way the staff handled my check-in and stay. Upon arrival (after 2pm), my room was not ready and had to bump me. The the key card machine wasn't working, so I had to wait to get a key. In addition, they posted a sign stating that the water would be unavailable for "approximatley 4 hours starting at 12pm that day." So after my workout (which was in a small, but very clean fitness room) ended at 4:30pm, they could not tell me when the water would come back on. Upon my return from dinner, the water main broke in my room, flooded pretty much everything, etc. I was given another room after 3 unsuccessful tries at using the new key card (after toting my gear up & down the halls & elevator 3 times). Would expect more from a place that charges $90/night. Amenities, however, were spot on. Very comfortable and modern.
