I wouldn't stay here again
By golfgrll, 8/8/10
The front desk was rude. The room was bad. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom wasn't that great either. I wouldn't stay here again.

Stay somewhere else
By Anthony, 9/14/09
The hotel was OK. Very beautiful inside and our room was comfortable. Extras were a too expensive compared to the quality that we received. After leaving the valet parking in the morning, we noticed a tobacco smell... and today found a used cigarette shoved underneath our floor mat. Extremely disrespectful. We won't be returning to this hotel.

Not sure it was quite worth the money, but nice
No soap by the sink- had to use shower soap- bathtub/jacuzzi is a tight squeeze for *one* person, though it has a shower head which is good if you want to shampoo/shave in it. My husband and I had the king bed suite and had looked forward to using a jacuzzi, sadly only one of us could at a time. The bathroom is only seperated by sliding windows that are opaque from the main bedroom above the bed, so it's not exactly good for privacy- kind of pointless that there is a door on the side of the bathroom, except for keeping someone from walking in. The view was only of the city and OK. In walking distance of Quincy and ICA.

Professional Service
By John, 6/20/08
Staff was on the serious side catering to business professionals, the rooms were superior, service was excellent, good location. Wish the wifi was complimentary instead of $15. a day. I didn't use the 24-hour gym or spa.

Don't waste your money
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/3/07
Aside from the unapologetic management charging us for an extra night that we weren't even there, there were a multitude of other problems. One major flaw with the hotel there is a panel of frosted glass over the top of the bed, which opens up to show a panorama the toilet and shower. This is a problem because it does not provide the privacy if someone uses the bathroom at night, the whole bedroom is lit up. Other issues we had were:1. A family with a young child was staying in the room next to us; which we could hear EVERYTHING clearly from them, 2. The pipes under our sink in the bathroom leaked water and yellow stuff all over the tile floor making it slippery, 3. There was hair (that wasn't ours) in the tub, 4. The HDTV did not work well and was fuzzy, 5. The handle was falling off the bathroom door, almost locking people in and out of the bathroom. Overall because of the problems of with our room and with the rude management, I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!

Awesome
By Jason, 7/4/07
About a 10 minute walk to Faneuil Hall, the room and service were outstanding. There's also a water taxi to the airport which you can pick up right outside the hotel's doors. It is pricey, but if you can afford it, I absolutely recommend. Great workout area too!

Wonderful Weekend
By SR, 6/18/07
The service was excellent and the restuarants were tasty. It is a little expensive, but worth it. Beautiful hotel with a wonderful view...I can't wait until my next visit to Boston so that I can stay at the Intercontinental again.
