Pathetic Service Never Again

My family and I were very disappointed and upset during our visit to this Hotel. First off the recepitionist was very clueless on customer service and the staff according to the receptionist was incompintent. Our trip was during the week and we verified the night before our trip on a discount coupon that we found in 2008 travel guide. When we arrived to the hotel the coupon was denied at the counter & receptionist stated that personnel did not know procedure. She did not even try to work with us on the coupon. We do not recommend this Hotel unless you want to pay a high price for below average service. I would recommend the Motel 6 a few blocks down they provide great service for half the price. Also they made our stay a little easier and comfortable.
