Very nice but with problems
By ,
This is a nice hotel, clean, and well located. We booked a fountain view room but they offered us an upgrade to a condo room when we arrived so we accepted it. The room was wonderful. It was clean, roomy and set up nice and did have a partial view of the promenade. The issues I had are these: 1) no free internet. For the price of this room - are you kidding me I had to pay $9.95 extra for 24 hours of internet, slow speed. 2) The lighting in the bathroom was ridiculous. 9 light switches but STILL could not see to put makeup on because the lighting was so dim at the vanity. 3) The whirlpool tub was great but the side was so high my husband had to help me in and out. I had to be IN the tub just to set the plug because it was so far back from the vanity wall you couldn't reach it or the faucets to turn on the water. 4) Parking was $8.00 a day extra. For the price of this room there is no way you should pay for either internet or parking. We have stayed at Hiltons all over the country and NEVER had to pay for either. 5) The hotel is split into the north and south towers. If you are in the south tower you have no amenities. The pool, gym, restaurant, business center are all in the north tower. The parking garage is on the other side of the north tower so you have to walk forever to reach your car. You have to pass through the public plaza to get to the pool so we passed on that. This place is nice but a total ripoff when they claim they offer luxury because that comes at a price. The only restaurant IN the hotel is San Francisco something or other and they charge $15.00 for the breakfast buffet that has about 9 items on it. Outrageous! You could drive a few miles up the road and get a huge buffet for $4.99/ person. I won't be staying at this hotel again unless they change these issues. That's way too much money for the lack of amenities.

Nice, but....
By ,
The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was typical. We had a couple of complaints. 1. There was no shower in the room. Just a bath tub. 2. The hotel was built next to train tracks and the train horns were blowing all night long.

Expensive, but well worth it
By ,
Just returned from a stay at the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing with my boyfriend. We booked a basic room, did not upgrade although we did have a partial view of the promenade which would've been even more exciting had the water & fire show been working. We had a great time, the rooms are very clean, the staff is so accomodating and it's within walking distance from several differen food & shopping choices. The staff went above and beyond to help us decide and book which shows we wanted to see. Although it was more expensive than most hotels in the area we both agree it was totally worth it. The only downside I saw was that you had to pay to park either $8.00 daily to park yourself of $11.00 for valet services. The $3.00 extra for valet was well worth it, each time we called down for our car it was waiting when we got down. I would totally recommend the hotel and the area to others.

Had a great time
By ,
Went for my husband's 40th b-day. The room was very comfortable and the hotel and staff were very friendly. It was great to be able to meet friends on the Landing for dinner & drinks and then go back to our comfy room for the evening. We stayed with the package that includes breakfast and enjoyed a hot breakfast in the hotel restaurant to start our day. Getting ready to make reservations to stay again right now!

Not Going Back!!!!
By ,
Very disappointed in room size.....personnel not friendly or accommodating. Price too high for the lack of luxury. There is an ice bucket in the room, but no vending. Not enough closet space in our room, poor lighting in the vanity area, no mirror in dressing area, large window in the shower! Hotel food prices not resonable.

Best Hotel Ever
By ,
The employees of the hotel were wonderful. The rooms were amazing. Food was alittle pricey but lots of different choices close by. The beds were the best we have ever slept in. I would recommend for anyone.
