The rooms are great! The hotel opened in early fall 2006. Clean and well taken care of. The front desk staff are superb and really know their stuff. If I ever needed to know an address they would just google it for me and print out directions. They were kind and willing to go out of their way to help me. The housekeeping is only once a week, but thats great for me. They would come in while I was at the office. I could get clean towels at the front desk or if I needed more coffee or soap in between cleanings. Each room has the great kitchen with full size appliances. They also have DVD players in each room. Since I was staying for about four weeks I really needed some entertainment. At the front desk they have movies you can borrow for free! They had a really great list of titles. For dinner they have the highly spoken for restaurant called The Venue across a small street. Currently they are getting the restaurant called The Oven. The only thing that might be a downside, depending on who you are, they don't have an ice machine. If you need ice just remember to turn on your ice maker in your room. Mine took about 20 minutes to make ice. But if you need a cold beverage or snack they also have that Candlewood Cupboard where you can purchase goodies! It was really convient if I was working upstairs in my room online with my laptop and needed a little snack. The wireless and hardwired internet also let me access work information and let me check my e-mail. If you don't want to eat out every day and need a comfortable, clean, friendly environment, Candlewood Suites is the place to go!
