Children 17 and under stay free, age 18 and above are charged as an adult. Must cancel reservation 72 hours prior to 3 PM CST day of arrival to avoid full amount of stay plus tax charge. Our office is closed Sundays, therefore we do not allow official Sunday check-ins. Those needing to arrive on Sunday will be required to start their stay on the prior Saturday. Value Place provides short term residents, minimum stay of 1 week, home-like accommodations at rates starting at 159.00 USD weekly. With three room options, Value Place is an exceptional alternative to furnished rental apartments or hotels.
