waterpark makes it worth it

no phones in rooms. If you have emergency you better have a cell phone. Kitchen was very dirty. all the plates, silverware, etc were dirty. Staff is only there for check in on site. You have to call over to the main arrowwood resort center for assistance. The beds are located right next to the hallway and it is very noisy. No staff at all in the building at night. The indoor waterpark is excellent! The online specials are worth taking advantage of. The site appears to be still under construction.
