Hawaiian Maingate Inn, Kissimmee

I have stayed in this Inn several times and the last time I did it wasn't good the bed was bowed , the floor was sticky and dirty . I asked for a new room and that wasn't much better ! that was the last time i stayed there and i wont go back

The pictures in the AAA brochure were great, the hotel was not. The photos were years outdated and the hotell was run down and dirty. The staff barely spoke enough english to get through the conversation at check in and did not know how to refund my credit card. We walked in and they could not find our reservation, then we got to the room and there was stuff on the walls, the bathroom was dirty, the carpets needed vacuuming, and the whole place stunk. The walls had mildew in the room and the common areas just off the lobby. The location is OK and the trees out front look nice, but that is where it ends. For an extra $10 per night we moved closer to the park, straight down the road to the Holiday Inn. We were so disgusted that we did not even wait for a TAXI, we walked the 2 blocks carrying our luggage. HORRIBLE, AWFUL, not fit. One star rating is almost too high. I probably would have stayed on the lawn, or rented a minivan and slept in it before sleeping in the hotel.
