Motel Thomas, Camillus

We reserved a room for 2 nights, 3 weeks before our arrival date. She stated it was “Dirt Week” and she usually didn’t rent to anybody for less than 3 days during this time period. However she checked with one of here regulars that wasn’t coming and she called us back and rented us a room for 2 nights. 2 weeks later she called us up wanting us to cancel our reservation because she had “30 year” regular customers coming for “Dirt Week” and she wanted our room. When we refused she stated she was moving us from the room we wanted to another room because she wouldn’t put one of her “30 year” regular customers on a cot!. Needless to say we found another place to stay where we were welcomed. We had stayed here before but never again after being treated as 2nd class citizens because we were not connected with “Dirt Week”!

My wife and I have been coming to Motel Thomas for many many years and have always received the best service possible. If there is any way to make us happy with our stay it is done.

Dislike-Amost everything. The manager was super rude. The room was gross and I was afraid to take my shoes off. The bathroom shower was gross. I slept on top of the comforter because it was so bad. Like- Close to 2 gas stations, Outside was well maintained..very misleading!!! Typical Don't Tell Motel...

did you people stay in same place I did? the shower curtin was hung by a curtin rod that fell down, the beds are older than I am, I felt creepy and dirty when i left, this place needs much attention!

The rooms are clean and have a very down to earth feeling. Its like a second home! The staff is very nice and helpful. You can not find a better place to stay for the price that you pay.

This little motel, i just happened upon one night while going to visit my sister in law. It was late and at the time my little guy was only around 8 months old. We pass by it all the time, but this time it was late and i was very tired, so i pulled in and the owner was very accomodating. We ended up staying the whole weekend there, and a few weeks later we stayed again, because we had more people with us. So now whenever we are that way we stay at the Motel Thomas. It's in a good spot, close to Syracuse as well as the Fairgrounds, Auburn, Camillus Mall. Excellent, and very affordable.

This motel is clean and cozy. The rooms are very comfortable and convenient to Downtown Syracuse and fairgrounds. The owner is most accomodating for all of your needs. Best of all the rooms are reasonable, check it out, you won't be disappointed.
