Maple Terrace Motel, Oneonta

This motel is misrepresented on their personal site and on other sites. After reviewing their site, it look quaint and decent. No! Way overpriced for what it is. It is not a place for someone on vacation or just passing through. The people staying in this motel are long term residents, sketchy. Sheets hanging in windows, you can see their belongings piled up in the rooms, doors open and pets roaming... Room smelled gross and dirty, black muck back up overflow in the toilet, no one in the office to answer the phone. Just Gross. Do not stay here unless you are really destitute. Really, don't. Can't give negative stars, but if I could I would.

Room had a musty mildew oder. Bathrooms old, cheap small towels, no glasses in room, ceiling light without a cover, no end tables; right on the highway & you could hear the traffic on the road. In keepers were nice, but have no clue about offering a nice place to stay. Full beds - not queen as advertised. Would never go back. Overpriced & misrepresented.

Close to the soccerhall off fame,and good fresh coffee in the morning. Quiet place with in the summer barnfire in the backyard on saterday. Very good rates for the rooms.
