Please do not use the safe in the hotel room. Returning from a night in Namaa Bay. It was our third night there. Some one had opened our safe and taken all our money and a mans bracelet. They had left our mobile phones and credit cards. It had not been broken in to but opened with a key that overrides the code you enter. The hotel staff have this key. As soon there is a problem the management do not want to know. We went to the police station they are still investigating . The manager agreed to see us in 15-20mins. We was left waiting over a hour there was no sign of him. We saw him later that day he told us we was welcome to go to any police station but the hotel would do nothing. Ask to use a safe in reception. ( It is free of charge. You have one key the hotel have the other key for the safe.) At reception they will reply there is a safe in your room tell them you have been told about the money that went missing in room 4165. They did not only take our money they also took our holiday!

The hotel was fantastic, complete with numerous pools and restaurants. The pools were a good size and we managed to always get loungers. The restaurants were great with a good choice and excellent bar waiters. We tended to stick to one as we made friends with a waiter who served us our drinks every time without us asking! The bedroom was brilliant with two rooms all in one . It was always clean and nice and cool. Our bathroom was tiny but nice. There was always enough hot water for 4 showers at night. There are free shuttle busses to the beach every 20 mins. There are timetables in the hotel and at the beaches. The beaches are lovely, especially kiroseiz beach. This is excellent for snorkeling as there is lots of beautiful fish. At sandy beach you can have massages and play water sports. We did not use the daytime entertainment apart from the henna tattoos which were really good! The evening entertainment was low key. It was repeated every week but the shows were interesting like magic and dancers. I would recommend this hotel to others and it was worth every penny!

We stayed here for a fortnight in Sept 06 and i am now booking for this year. Our room was spotless as was the rest of the complex. The pool was great. We found the food a bit repetative but its only 10 mins into town and theres loads of choice there.The animation team were good and tried to get everyone involved but they didnt pester you if you didnt want to join in. There is a casino opposite the entrance if you are going a bit stir crazy and dont fancy the hassle you encounter in town

staff were very helpful and polite.always happy.food ample and very good.lovely swimming pool very clean.nice private beaches to go to via free shuttle bus.animation team crazy and very entertaining.catered for everyone.found no faults at all.

My husband and I went on our honeymoon at this resort and it was brilliant. the service was outstanding. The "animation" team make it a lively place to stay, and all of the guests have a laugh with them. Food is good, although the sauces are sometimes a little bland. The choice is marvelous and the staff cook some of the food in front of you. The rooms are comfortable with a lovely balcony (or two). Swimming pools are clean and well maintained, as are the rest of the grounds. there are a variety of things to do both on and off site. The beaches are fab, with the Kiroseiz beach being brilliant for snorkelling and other activities. We went parasailing which was fantastic. We enjoyed a night out, organised by the hotel. Again food was good and the entertainment... well entertaining. They even got my husband up dancing, quite some feat! Overall, it was one of the best holidays we've had. Had no issues at all the hotel. The only thing to consider is the shop keepers hassling you in the town centre. As long as you can ignore them its fine. But if you're a little soft, its not for the fainthearted.
