Regular Hotel of choice

This is my Holiday Inn of choice when working in the Augusta Area. I have logged many nights here. I cant say enough good things about this hotel. The staff, facility, and location are top notch. Great service. Decent food. and good specials at the bar especially if you are a regular guest. I fully recommend this hotel.

Counting the hours till I could leave

This holiday inn is unlike any other. First, don't expect breakfast as part of your stay, it's not, but they will deliver a meal to your room for a charge or they have a restaurant. The internet at best is intermittent if you get connected at all. The walls were dirty and had patches for repairs that had not been painted yet. The front desk staff when checking in let me stand there for several minutes while they did things on the computer, never apologizing. I will never stay at this holiday inn, it looks good on the outside but not good on the inside.

Bad joke.

Condoms hanging from water Sprinklers, TVs constantly breaking down, I was afraid Glass and plates that are collected by housekeeping being mixed in with Bags of Trash, Front Desk Staff seemed too interested with their Cell phones and Surfing the Internet, A/C in the Conference Center is not working making it as hot as a Summer day in the room, Vibrations from the Laundry room Machines and the Kitchen Vents can be felt in the rooms upstairs keeping me awake, Wireless internet is a Joke little to no connections. All in all you don't have a problem with all that go have a great time. XP

Great Stay!

This Holiday Inn is by far superior to all Holiday Inns. Great service, very very clean, and the rooms were wonderful. New and worth every penny. I even ask to speak to the manager to compliment all the staff. Great Stay!

Pleasantly surprised

When booking a hotel by internet you really don't know what you might get, so I was apprehensive about this. We stayed in Augusta the weekend before Master's week. This hotel is very modern with plasma tv and cordless phone in the room. It was exceptionally clean. The beds and pillows were comfy. WiFi is available but my husband couldn't get on the network as it was slow (probably very busy). The pool area was deserted Sunday morning and my daughter and I enjoyed a nice swim in the sparkling heated indoor pool. We didn't use the restaurant on site as there are lots of choices nearby and even more a few exits down. Also, there is a small fitness center with plasma tv next to the pool area. This location is not in the middle of town but is easily accessible to I-20. Overall, it was a nice stay and we will stay there again when in Augusta. We probably paid more than the usual rate due to the Master's, but it WAS worth it!
