Horrible Customer Service!!! Do Not Stay Here
We had our wedding at Renault Winery and booked rooms at Tuscany House for our guests. There was an issue with price. We were told 1 price by the manager Francine and another price by a RUDE employee. We ended up having to pay the higher quoted rate!! Our guests complained to the front desk when the maid service never showed up. No fresh towels, no making of the bed, no clearing of dirty dishes. When our guests complained to the manager Francine, she was rude! The rooms were overpriced, old, and the customer service was awful. There are much better hotel options out there. Please do not waste your time or money staying here!!
