Fairway Motel, New London

The Fairway Motel is conveniently located only a short drive away from the campus of Colby-Sawyer College and is probably the best deal in town for lodging given that most of the other places are inns or B&B's charging twice what the Fairway Motel does. The rooms were spotlessly clean with the exception of several dead bug splatters on the ceiling in the bedroom and a couple in the bathroom...couldn't figure why the room was so wonderfully clean and the cleaning crew missed these obviously unwanted decorations. Wouldn't hesitate to book at the Fairway again, just hope the housekeeping has decided to look up and clean the ceilings.
