Comfort Suites Twinsburg, Twinsburg

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel and enjoyed our experience there. We were in town for a funeral during midweek and it was very busy. We wanted to switch from a room with two beds to one king bed. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were not familiar with the area and they mapquested several locations for us and hilighted the directions. They also found several phone numbers for us so we would not have to search for them. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast had a nice variety and the area was comfortable. The breakfast attendant was extremely friendly and accommodating. Although we were in town for a funeral, the pleasant hotel experience made it much easier.

When wen got to the hotel the staff looked nice. Hotel looked decent. But then we ended up not getting the best stay. Our room was for only 99.00 dollars with six people so it looked like a good deal. The hotel pool was small. Elavator was ok but slow. Hotel was very new because it was built in or 2005. The room was kinda small but nice. One night the hotel alarm at 11:00 went off and we were watching a pay per view movie which stunk because we found out that some couple put the alarm off and we were mad. The next night the same exact thing happened exept the alarm went off because lighting struck the new building. We had to eat at arbys and DairyQueen the whole time anhd we got sick of it. Never got to go to GeaugaLake because it rained the whole vacation. The hotel is a smoking one so alot of people smoked in the computer room. We had to fight choice to get cupons for another hotel. They have a 100 percent guarntee for all of the guests not exacly and the exersize room is small a bit to small. Computer room smells bad are stay wasnt the best. We will not go back to this hotel and please listen to me dont stay here it will ruin your family vacation.
