I stayed in a courtyard room. The room was small and had outdated furnishings. The beds were uncomfortable. You can hear the buses at night. The elevator did not work and when I wanted to wash some clothes only one dryer was working. I heard that the rooms in the tower are better. For a non-Disney hotel the location is one of the best for Disney World. It is across the street from Downtown Disney.
This place, though in a great location across from Downtown Disney, is overpriced and has a difficult time listening to it's guests requests. It is an expensive Motel 6 which will add on charges for things you won't use. The rooms are under renovation, which is good because they look like they're out of the '60s. Maid service is slow and misses things on a regular basis. The pools are nice as well as the grounds. The food in the restaurant is also good, but overpriced. Even Wolfgang Puck is cheaper. All in all, I think there are so many other places to get a better value for the dollar that I'll never go back to this one.
