Caverns Rv Resort, Sierra Vista

I dont understand why comments are posted when rvers havent even been to this new park. For the record we are AOR and RPI members and we stayed there under the same rates as usual. They are accepting everyone and honoring all memberships but they are not selling them. Park was extremely clean and excellent location. I do agree it sucks for losing the Caverns membership but obviously these previous people complaining do not understand when a business closes whatever you invest you lose. We were nieve in believing them but the new park is amazing and we are actually looking into buying a lot there. Be angry with yourselves for not knowing what the risks were in buying into the park and I suggest learning the laws before you make comments about business practices. You are ignorant and Im not here to say negative things about the people; however, this new park was one of the best in southern Arizona we went to and I would like to share that with everyone. We are full-timers and we are picky and this is definately a park we would invest our time and money in. Hopefully, negative people who want to cause problems will stay away....rving is a privledge we love having and I certainly dont want annoying neighbors like the previous bloggers around in this wonderful NEW environment they have created.

Pay hard earned money and then we get screwed. Retired and raising two grandkids so money is tight. I agree with every word the A Yahool! 12/28/98 said. We can't even stay there now as we are not members as they are not a member club. Sure would like to know what we could do. The old owners DID NOT sell. There is no record of a sell. Better stop - if anyone can thinks how we can get this guy post a memo on this site. I have not been back since the first visit in late 07. This date is not a visit date.

We were former members of the Caverns as well, but I must say what an improvement from the Caverns to Quail Ridge. Nice staff, extremely clean, no more weeds or goatheads, improved activity schedule and great rates. We lost money as well but the current owner didnt buy the park, its commercial leased property so the reviews on that matter are inaccurate. Like the one before said nothing lasts forever and at least we received good customer service by the current park. That is all you can ask for now days and hard to come by. We loved the park overall. I hope they do well, we love the area and look forward to going back.

We have just stayed at Quail Ridge RV Resort (formerly the Caverns) and had a great time. The park has been cleaned up, all of the junk is gone, new rock on the sites, no weeds or goatheads. We also spent a lot on memberships but have enjoyed several winters here and feel that we got our moneys worth! Nothing is forever! The new staff is friendly and we wish the new owner nothing but the best! We will return again and again.

We were Caverns members, paid too much for the membership. We liked the other members and enjoyed visiting with them. The goatheads have been cleaned up in the front. The park has changed names and the new manager claims he bought the park, we checked the title with the Property Registry In Bisbee and there has been no transaction in the last 3 years on the property. Members have been cheated out of their money. New owner wants AOR and RPI members to stay to make money. He is trying to sell untitled lots in the back for $40,000 + with no significant amenities or improvements ande only promises? The park was nearly empty when we visited.

Sounds like they were written by the same person. We have been coming here for 10 years, and have always been treated very fairly by park employees. True, the goat head burrs were a problem, but we did not have pets so were not as affected as others. We are sad that park has been sold and contracts will not be honored.

This RV park has many problems the goatheads are everywhere people with pets can't even walk them... Some have pulled in and left because of the weeds. The staff at times are very unfriendly give's you bad feeling's about the place.. There is no swimming pool the septic give's off a really bad smell they had to shut off water more than once...In general I would not recommend this place

the locations not bad. If you can look past all the mess,the views are nice.other than that the place looks like a trash dump. the people are rude,uncareing and nosy.the staff acts as tho you are putting them out anytime you have to deal with them.if you don't mind weeds,dust,piles of junk laying around and the constant oder of the sewer then this is the place for you. if not, avoid this place like the plague.
