This is the place to Stay!

Very clean rooms. Very nice & felt safe there. One of the nicest Hotels I stayed at on our trip. Would go there again & stay whenever I go back to Carson City. The room rate was very reasonable & the same price as all the Hotels around. The other hotels were dives & this hotel is very CLASSY. Be sure to try this place before any other Hotel around there.
I recently stayed at this hotel and was disgusted with the staff and the way this place is run. The owner's son and manager started screaming at another guest in front of me when they came to the front desk to complain about not having reliable free wi-fi as advertised. A member of the front desk staff also confided in me that the manager actually keeps a log of all web sites guests visit. What finally disgusted me after a week at this dump was the constant use of the rooms for local prostitutes. I strongly advise all travelers stay away from this place.
I've been staying here for over 6 months now while working on a contract project. The place is clean, quiet, and the current manager is very responsive to both complaints and compliments. The front desk staff has had a recent overhaul for the better.
I was really happy with this hotel. I was surprised to see that my room had a fridge and a microwave. The decor was a little off putting in the room with a painted tree in the corner, however, I wouldn't let that be a determining factor.
The appliances were clean, the room was clean. There was a mediocre breakfast and coffee was available all day.
I will stay here again.
Too bad there is no internet.
We stay at the Plaze when we shop in Carson. Good location . Good restrants with in walking distance. Clean Rooms and friendly staff. Not far from shopping.
Lobby atmosphere could be warmer, but clean, roomy, & a good value. Right next to the museum which is awesome! I wouldn't recomend for a romantic getaway, but for a family/ gaming night it was good.
I am a business traveler and have stayed at three other places in Carson City and this one is totally worth it. It was the only one that had a microwave, mini fridge so I could have breakfast or keep leftovers during my stay. It was very peaceful and foremost the price was surely right for the room and ammenities. The car traffic was hardly noticeable. Friendly maids and front desk attendants.
The free continental breakfast could use some work such as providing dounuts or pastries, but it was great for a quick early rise meal. Also before I forget, the wireless internet was great, compared to other places in Carson where they have a "Black Box" where you need a ethernet/modem plug that connects to the internet. Thanks for the wonderful stay and will be staying there again.
