Hey, good location, clean room, ps Ask to see the room first.. Folks nice and helpful, free internet, got good night sleep.. Small but ok .. I have seen worse. :) Best bang for the buck in Santa Monica. Rich from Sacramento

Will never go back

when we got there it was dirty and small I asked for more pillows they were dirty. we went to the restroom and a sign read"do not flush toilet paper down toilet"we were disgusted. we checked out immediately did not even care about the money we lost out on. When we checked out they didn't even ask '"why" so they didn't care.For the hour we were there the staff was in our business. I felt like a boarder more than a paying guest.

Worst place with roaches and bad service

The owner lied and said the room was clean. There were roaches in the room The bathroom was so small that you couldn't even sit down. We asked for our money back and the lady said no refunds and told us not to call and bother her anymore. By far the worst place and the worst experience. There are bums sitting n the back by the parking lot. GOOD LUCK to whoever that stays there. DO NOT pay them cash because they will not refund.

great personal small place

we only stayed one night at the motel, but would have styed on longer, had we had the time. the room was clean, contained everything one needs, people were friendly, the price good. completely recommended!

EXCELLENT MOTEL

Comfortable queen bed, large comfortable pillows, walk in closet, plenty of drawer and shelf space, high water pressure hot shower, bathroom cabinet space, high pressure toilet flush, tile floor, walk thru patio doors onto large patio with table, chairs plants, etc., large mirror in room, able to open windows, fan and air conditioning in room, 99 channels of cable TV, least expensive motel in Santa Monica, $70.00 per night including taxes, beautiful neighborhood with lots of stores and restaurants, walking distance to beach, bus stop one block away.

Pavilions Motel is a small motel and the people who work there will do what the can to help you. Rooms are small but the price is cheap so if you are looking just for bed at night Pavilions is a good place. It is located a five or so minute drive from the Santa Monica pier, beach and downtown promenade area. It is also only a twenty minute ride to Downtown LA or the Sunset strip. If you don't have a car bus servive is available and stops one block from the motel. A $0.75 bus ride will get you to the beach and getting on the other way $1.25($.75 + .50 for transfer) will get you to downtown LA in about 30 minutes.
