Arriving at midnight and getting a room was a bonus. For a single person $70 was on the high side. Fingerprints on the inside of the entry door did nothing to impress me. The room smelled like smoke BUT it was clean and the sheets were crisp and clean. The shower was hot at night and in the morning. The manager was pleasant, friendly and allowed me to take my dog in because he didn't want her sleeping in the car. There was a lot of noise with people coming and going and someone knocked on my door at 3am but I think the Pitbull barking had them running soon enough. It's along the main El Cajon Blvd and there are others to choose from but it had clean sheets and a hot shower - oh, and there was a fridge and microwave in the room too!
