Grace Hotel, Long Beach

Well I move down to the hotel from the O.C and read some good and one bad review regading the place . I must say it is not all that bad all need to do is mind your own business and not get to friendly with certain people there but overall the Management Bill ,christie and Rocky are really good people and on top of things and the try to keep the place clean and safe plus you can meet some good and bad people where ever you are . Since I'm going to school and working all the time the place is perfect for a person trying to save Money and Recover from this economy it perfect there are stores and Food places close by and a variety of ethic place to shop at in additon tons of .99 cent stores by and when you are in the compond of the grace you have to be a resident and have a key to enter Security is always around is post nd they try and work with you if have a problem so if are short on funds and want to live in a safe havena and make things better until other oppurtunies arrive you should Check This place out plus if need be LBPD Will regulate from time to time but not harass you you just look out for you so do not take my word check it out Bill and Christy are One of the best Management teams around I forgot to mention the Maintaince guy is all business and he is awesome and the custodian lady is friendly and always speaks and kind so with that being said do not pass judgement until you have experienced it your self. peace out people.
