I was new to anaheim and down on my self I had no were to go I had stayed at some of the hotels in anahiem I wanted to live near my elderly father and nothing was getting better . The management here help me find a better way of living. With meetings and guidance of others, I found what I thought I lost confidence, happiness and friendship. My family was in my life again I have new friends and able to have steady work .Im at a place were I dont have to lock my front door I feel safe here.Having a chance to grow and find hope in my life means everything to me and who I have become in recovery. If some one has nothing good to say about here thats because they dont want to change or donot have the mental capacity to change their life.If you work with others they will work with you. THANK YOU.
the motel gives room services once a week,,, they charge 30 a day,you can find a sanitary hotel for 10 or 15 bucks extra!! Uncleaniness is contatious and bad for health!! There are huge, visiable cracks in windows and doors, and large roaches crawl into rooms! Homeless families with kids, runaway girls, with babies and recovering drug addicts stay there! I believe the taxpayers pay their rent!! Or welfare! they watch you,and spy on you as well, dont leave valuables in your room!~ dont stay
The morbidly obese so-called management Eric and Dennis interfere in the lives of those who have substance abuse problems, as well as regular customers. These two guys are miserable people and they talk to Americana residents and customers like they are dirt. Don't join their NA and AA groups. Go elsewhere!
I loved that owner JEFF gave me a chance to get on my feet. I was down and out and new to recovery, this place offered me the space to get good and clean. A place that I felt safe with a newborn baby. There were alot of rules, but if you are willing to tow the line this place is great, offering recovery meetings right there on site every Thursday. House meetings on mondays to discuss the rules and chore duties, introduce the newbies. Jeff is a really nice and generous man who is helping addicts who desire a change, a real chance at getting back up on their feet.
