Our family has been traveling here to camp for 5 generatios...we love it! Secluded and family friendly.

Number 1 camp ground

My mother and her best friend found the camp ground on a road trip... They later shared it with us. We feel in love with town and campsite. My mom ended up moving to the town but we still go as a family once a year. Its now a family trip for all of us. I would say its a must do for everyone!!!!

Never been to a nicer campground

My mother and I accidentally found Anchor Bay Campground back in 1981. We fell in love with it the very first time. We went back every year with the entire family and friends until 1999. The kids getting married and having their own stopped us for a while but we have been going back again the last 6 years. I have traveled the world 3 times and go to Hawaii once a year but Anchor Bay will always be my favorite. The privacy of the beach, the nice people of the towns close by and the park hosts have always been great. What ever the weather it is still beautiful, peaceful and a wonderful place to spend time with your family. i will be there this year in September for 8 days and I can not wait!
