A great deal and a great stay!
By Su Ada, 7/30/12
This has to be the cleanest most loved motel that I have ever run across. The owners Louisa and Vince are most cordial and accommodating not to mention their pup Francesca who hangs with Louisa while she takes care of place. They have a kitchen which adjoins one of the units, what a real money saver. The location is very quiet the building is one story so there is never a chance that you will end up with another person walking above you in the middle of the night or waking you up early in the morning. It's a stones throw from Klamath Community College and about 11 minutes or 6 miles from Oregon Institute of Technology. We were visiting both colleges with two different students and found it nice to be out of the hubbub of downtown. The beds were comfortable and the hospitality was genuine, I would go back there in a heart beat!.....if you stop in to stay tell them hi from me.... suzanne

Dog-more-than-friendly
By Kjersten, 7/15/12
What hospitality. I chose this hotel because of the reviews I had read, and because they accepted dogs. They not only accepted Stella, but had a huge yard where she could play with their dog. We sat outside (while they frolicked) and chatted amiably. The room was pleasant, very clean, and nicely equipped. On my way back from my final destination, I opted to detour from my route along the Oregon coast, to return for another night before heading home.

Enjoyed another of many stays here.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/27/11
They addressed me by my name right off. Love being a person to someone else. Room was super. They have remodeled it nicely. Sad some previous users did some spilling on carpet. I know carpet will get a clean when the weather accommodates. That's just how much they care about there facility. Courteous, personal interest, promptness, respectful.... Nice!

Always stay here when I travel to K. Falls.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/28/11
Very courteous personnel. Even my current booking got me a call of concern from owner as it was different from what I usually get for rooms. Nice to be remembered and considered.

Overall a great motel!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/5/11
I paid $43.00 for 1 night in June 2011 (includes AAA discount) for 1 person. Room had 2 double beds, color TV, mini fridge and microwave. Air conditioner was a little noisy and deadbolt lock had to be jiggled to work. For what I paid it was clean, comfortable room (beds are quite soft!). When I stay in a motel I like it to be withing walking distance to local restaurants. The only one within walking distance is the Pizza Town (read my review on Trip Advisor). Otherwise a no frills decent place to stay in Klamath falls.

Klamath Falls best kept little secret.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/24/08
There was nothing to dislike. The motel is family owned and staying there felt like I was at home. Very relaxing, quiet and just a comfortable feeling. The owners were very pleasant, the rooms were very clean and the amenities they offered were just wonderful. I will most definately return
