I lived there on and off with my boyfriend for 8 months. The rooms are filthy, some worse than others (106 and 107 being the worst). Most of the people you see there actually live there, come and go based on if they can pay rent or not. Enormous amount of drug and prostitution going on. Lots of the "residents" will allow bums and homeless into their rooms and let them shower and sleep for $$ of course. Always keep your eyes on your stuff, ie: don't leave the trunk open with bags in it. Don't let anyone in the room that isn't staying in the room, or your stuff WILL be stolen, even with you in the room. Beware.

i went there to stay when me and my family were going to knotts it was dirty filthy didnt even wanna leave my room past 8 worst place to stay id advise against it.

The place was filthy! A health hazard. Wildlife in the fridge, faeces on the mattress, greasy carpets. The manager was doing his best in impossible circumstances.

GREAT FOR TRAVELING CHEAP!

Place is clean. Price is good at $39.99 night or $253 week. Two queen sized beds in each room and a dorm size fridge. Older furniture but clean. Has nice bathroom with tub and shower. Cable TV with HBO. Wireless internet is completely free. Not in the best neighborhood but o.k. if you want to be near Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm but need to sleep cheap. Pool was never open all summer (I was extended stay) Great for families on a tight budget or college students. Noisy at times (depends on who your neighbors are) but mgt will talk to anyone too loud. Parking is off street. Air conditioning works well. Microwave is in public area. Bring your own coffee maker.
