Executive Inn & Suites, Provo

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is by far the most filthy,run down, old, expensive, and awful place I have ever in my life been to. There was absolutely no maid service, no clean towels, we couldn't even get any toilet paper. There was no cold water at all, just steaming hot water that burns you. There was no bed cover for the mattress and mold growing in the shower. I am not a rude negative person, and try to have a good attitude about things, but this made me completely disgusted. The microwave have someones food in it. There was no ice machine and the pink chair in our room was so fillthy that it was going brown.They supply NOTHING for you and i dont want you to go through what we did. The light swithch did not even have a cover for it so there were cords coming out that could electrocute you. The carpet didnt fit the room and was filthy. The table was so sticky with syrup or who knows what that you could not even touch it. The drain was clogged with so much hair that the water took about an hour to make it through all the hair and whatever. The pillows litterally stunk. This place would get in trouble with a safety and health inspection. So, if you want to stay here bring your own toilet paper, towels, mattress cover, cold water, and lots more. There is a hotel right by it that is called the travelodge, it is cheaper and so much nicer. It was just remodeled. I would recommend that. -Brandon
