sewers allways backed up and running in the driveway, electrical hook up is wired wrong, the coffee pot trips the breaker. half the people there are either drunk or high including the manager.about 10 pm parents go door to door looking for there kids one is only four years old. the laundry room is nice when they open it. and if your going to live here leave your truck hooked up. the manager will move your trailer on his own,besides the river floods the park. and by the way the better your stuff looks the more you will pay.
