Best of the low-priced options, rooms are clean and large with TV, air, microwave, refrigerator, of course it's all cheaply furnished but at $55 night tax and a low-budget breakfast included it's a deal. Manager is a great guy, very honest, offers suggestions for area gladly. Accepts pets at $10 per registrations, not per night.

It was a very small room, but it was very clean. It was quiet. Even though we arrived late at night, the management still made arrangements for us to get into the room.

The hotel is very clean, has great amenities, a large TV. It does not have fancy furniture but has comfortable beds and fresh sheets, a feature hard to find in most hotels. A great hotel for exploring Sul Ross State University, the Museum of the Big Bend, Fort Davis, McDonald Observatory, Woodward Ranch, and many other attractions which are all just a short drive away. This truly is the best hotel, with the most value out of any of the surrounding communities. Well worth the low price!

I have stayed here twice. The room was clean, large, with a great shower. The floor is tile and the bed comfortable. There is a color TV and lots of room. Because there are only about 12 rooms or so it is very peacful at night. There is plenty of room to park and I called ahead and reserved the room on my credit card just like the big chains.
