El Rancho Motel, Gurnee

First of all... it's a place where people live not stay the night. The owner is a stuck up "rich" guy that doesn't care about the apperance, just the money. There is another guy that helps run the place, that lives on the property (Tommy) he also could care less about anything that could be going on there. There is a huge bedbug problem. In the basement/crawl space under the first 10 or so rooms there is black mold... and random bedding that is stored and switched out when people move in or out (sometimes) Nothing is ever inspected at all. The Bed's are covered in bedbugs... But don't bother brining this to the owner, or site manager's attention! They will just tell you it's your problem! Outrageous. How can this place be advertised as "furnished" if when there is a problem with their "furnishings" they do not care or replace them. The "site manager" Tommy also grows marijuana in the filed East of the buildings. There are cops called there all the time, you cant have the El Rancho's address and be a donor... If you go and try to give blood they will tell you they do not accept you. The place is just full of prostitution, drugs, drinking, sex, illegal poker games in (Tommy's house) and no cleanliness what so ever. It is the worst place I have ever seen... and run by the biggest idiot. He also run's InLaws down the road and FatMans next to the El Rancho, and Fatman's bowl just east of 94 on Rte. 176. ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING and a sad excuse of owners!
