Near downtown. If they invested in the place it would probably do well. This is a neighborhood motel, not a chain. The owners need to invest in new carpet, bedding, chairs, curtains and put some aint on the walls. Bathroom fixtures are old. Mirrors small. Towels and wash cloths small and flimsy. You don't want to walk on the floors without shoes or slippers. You'll want to take your own towels, washcloths and put something over your pillow if you sleep on the bed, at all. It's a last ditch cheap motel if you absolutely have no place else to go.
