Chelsea Riverside Hotel, New York

The only good thing I can say about this place is, the front desk guys were really nice(apologetic in advance, I guess) The whole place smells like bugspray(doesn't seem to help,though), the furniture in the rooms is so broken down, that just opening a drawer(not that you'd want to) causes an immidiate collapse,some rooms are windowless, depressing as can be,and -yes-filthy! The hotel is located right above a strip club,so until they close at 4 in the morning, you can't sleep, or even talk over the loud music.
