A Romantic Stay?? I Think not...

Where should I start. First of all the website for the Radisson is misleading. It advertised a special for 199 with a Jaccuzi so we called and made a reservation. This was of course an error on the part of the website provider. Next problem is that they fail to inform you is that there are no refunds once the reservation is made. (even if it was made seconds ago.) Management upgraded me for an additional 50 dollars to a fantasy suite. Everything should have been fine right? Wrong my wife and I who were expecting a romantic evening were stuck on the floor with a movie crew that needed complete silence but made all kinds of noise at about 3 am in the morning. Management thought this was unfortunate but did nothing about it. No refund was offered and no other rooms were offered to remedy the situation. However I can honestly say that the food was good, room service was good but thier buisness methods and service to the customer are extremely questionable. I would not recommend this hotel to my worse enemy.
