infested with insects and the desk staff was rude

The night front desk clerk was rude, lied to me. and refused to give his name or information about the hotel management. The room was infested and the clerk refused to return our credit card information. I will be making a complaint to the better business authorities, the Harrisburg department of health, all the credit card companies they list. Don't wast your money with these people. Service 0, cleanliness its a pit, location near a highway, value worthless experience

Great service. just got renovated. very close to hershey park. New look and great prices.The other review is completly wrong. if in harrisburg, u want to stay here.

Filthy!!!!!!!!!!!!

After a long day of travel thru PA looking at various Penn State campuses....we decided to take a hotel for the night. Checked in, went to the room to find filth. Carpet held together with duct tape, filthy bathroom, room smelled awful. NO REFUNDS!!! We went next door to eat....quickly went back to our room, grabbed our bags and loaded the car up. We took off for the LONG drive home. No way could my family think about sleeping in that filth.....Avoid this area and all Harrisburg for that matter.....Where is the board of health in this town?
