Garden Inn Union City, Union City

I booked six double rooms for our group months in advance and two of our families had go across the street to Microtel because BW messed up the reservations. The ice machine didn't work. All of us had four in our rooms and couldnt get enough towells. We had to get our room key cards redone 7 times in 4 days and finally gave up having four keys to our room! The breakfast wasn't restocked and we couldn't get in even for coffee before 6:30. Our smoke detector kept going off in our room and the final day it went off and stayed blarring while we tried to pack. We called the front desk and over 20 minutes later someone came to look. Meanwhile my husband stood on a chair trying to get it to stop and fell! What a nightmare. We received no discount or compensation for all our trouble. Overall I felt like most of the staff just didn't care. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
