A nice place off the Strip
By Michael, 01/25/10
I gave this one a 5 for location because although off the strip, thats what you signed up for. I have only been once Spring '07 (?), but i am going back during Spring Break of this year. I usually stay on the strip but this is a nice place to break up the routine a bit. Last time we were there, we were forced to wait 2 hour to check in to our room with no explanation as to why it was taking so long. The delay and lack of explanation really made me mad and it showed because the upgraded me to a suit. The Suit was really amazing! This delay and rather mediocre staff mad e me give this resort 3 for service. The pool is great as is the onsite movie theatre. Overall, a nice off strip Vegas location

Not for me
By James, 11/03/09
Stayed for 7 days. I felt like the employee's didn't care if you were there or not. Service in the buffet was terrible.Had a room at the end of the hall, to far to walk. Charged a $25.00 a day resort fee for things we never used or will every use.Complained about that issue and you can image how far that went. There are 2 good positives(the pool and I won some money).Never stay there again.

Loved it all!

What an amazing Resort. Who needs the strip when you can stay at Red Rock. It has it all under one roof. My son loves bowling and movies, so he got to do it all. Kids Quest is very nice because my wife and i got to go to a fancy dinner (TBones) on the property and our son got to play in this amazing kids place so we were all happy. The pool is unreal. HUGE. and built for everyone. No limit to the places you can eat. The tableside guacamole at the mexican restaurant is awesome. I actually was happy to pay the Resort Amenity Fee because we used the services each day and i saved money by doing so. We also spent a day hiking in red rock canyon. WOW is that a site to see up close. All in all, i will stay at Red Rock everytime i come here.

Serene
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/11/08
This is a lovely resort, but when you travel across the country you want a little more than calm and quiet. Plenty of restaurants. Entertainment lacking. Enormous, clean, peaceful casino. I could find a resort and spa closer to home to relax.

Spectacular!!!
By Joe Martin, 04/08/08
We stayed at the Red Rock for a couple of days in February. It was quite possibly the most beautiful hotel that we have ever stayed at. Rooms were immaculate and the property was well designed. I highly recommend staying at this property. It's worth it even if it's off the strip. The strip is getting far to crowded anyway. This was the hotel that was featured in season 2 of Hell's Kitchen.

Not for strip lovers
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/06/08
We liked Red Rock because it was away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. We were in Las Vegas to hike not gamble so it worked for that. Room very clean and comfortable. Turn down service only happened 2 nights out of 6 there. First of April too cool for pools. Extra resort fee not worth much because we didn't use the shuttle service nor the free spa facilities. Food pricey but good. Bar drinks very pricey. Great Valet service - convenient and attentive. Many rooms too far from elevator. Use the Bell hop service if you have luggage.

Definitely worth another trip!
By Annette C, 04/05/08
The decor of the casino is outstanding! Very comfortable room with a wonderful soaking tub and plasma screen above the tub! Spent five days here during March Madness and still unable to see and do everything that was offered! Red Rock has numerous places to eat, from a steakhouse to Fat Burgers! I would eat at the steakhouse again anyday and the buffet wasn't anything too bad either! Shuttle service to and from the airport and to the strip if needed...though we never left the resort. Fantastic pools and service was excellent everywhere. We will be back next year!

Go back to the Strip
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/30/07
Went with a group a friends. Im going back to the strip. Rooms were really nice. Thats about it. Staff was rude, especially the front desk. Lots of hidden fees. Everything else was just average. Couldnt get a drink from a cocktail waitress to save my life.....
