The pull out sofa bed in our room had a notice under the cushion that read "This sofa bed does not work. If you need a suite with a sofa bed, please contact the Front Desk Clerk..." While Jerrod at the front desk was very helpful, there were problems. Jerrod took us to every available suite in the hotel. Every sofa bed had the same notice under the cushion. I had to go to Wal-Mart and buy a blow up bed so that my 4 year old daughter would have a place to sleep. Jerrod was unable to get any support from management to ameliorate the problem. It would impossible to recommend this hotel to anyone.

I'll never stay at a comfort inn again

This hotel is a rip off....I made a reservation online and when I showed my debit card when checking in, I was told by the desk clerk that because I was using a debit card that my checking account would be frozen. I said "the amount of the hotel room or my whole account" he said your whole account. Being on vacation with my family, I couldn't chance that what he was telling me was true...so, I had no choice but to find another hotel room at the last minute. Upon coming home I found that my checking account was charged the cost of the room, so I called to ask why I was being charged when I never stayed there. I was told because I didn't cancel within 24 hours that I would be charged (in the same phone conversation I was informed that the clerk was new and didn't give me accurate information about using my debit card). So, I paid over $100.00 for a room I never stayed in in Tahlequa, OK. That will be the last money they ever receive from me or anybody I know.

Have stayed there many times for work. Have had small complaints, but nothing major, until this last stay. I woke up the next day and have bites all over me. Bed bugs I'm sure. I was just disgusted, but didnt realize until I got home the next day just how bad they were. I will not be going back there again.

displeased with charges

after our recent stay due to the ice storm i recieved my credit card statement and they charged me $33.90? i called and the manager told me they failed to charge me taxes on my stay.HOW DO YOU FAIL TO CHARGE TAXES? by the way the bathroom vent complaint is very true!

Great Location

We have stayed there twice in the last 2 months. The personnel at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. The pool is inside and the kids can swim on a rainy day. The breakfast area is small but we were the only ones in there so it didn't matter to us. Located by a grocery store, Wal-Mart, Chili's. Rooms have a small frig and microwave so we would get food at the store and bring it back to motel to fix. Yes, we will stay there again.

We wont go back.

The bathroom had a vent you could hear everthing going on in the next bathroom. The room above us you could hear a kid jumping off the bed and running all night. The pool was very very small 8 by 12 the breakfast room had three tables. The guy at the desk had to furnish the breakfast and check out people at the same time. I wouldnot go back to this hotel.
