Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth, Plymouth

Although the service of the staff was very good... for what you pay for you can stay somewhere else in Beautiful Plymouth without spending so much money. We stayed for a weekend wedding and this is the hotel the bride and groom picked. I was very excited since it was a new hotel and it looked beautiful and spotless. When we arrived at the room, it was dirty (dirty toilet, cut toenails and dirty chunks on the rug and long black hair in the shower). We did not complain to management because at the time, we were like maybe the forgot to clean the entire room. As we went to another guests room that night, someone went to use the microwave and it looked like chilli had been in there and exploded. I just feel when you're dropping over $400 for 2 nights, the rooms could at least be cleaned. Not to mention there were at least 50 people from this wedding staying at this hotel and we weren't the only people with dirty rooms. Oh and FYI I sent an email to Hilton Corporate to let them know (Not asking for any money back... maybe an appology that they would clean their rooms better) got nothing in return. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE! So anyone thinking about staying in Plymouth be smarter with your money.
