Will never go back

First of all, I tried to make a reservation at least 2 months in advance. The person I spoke to at the front desk, or reservations, could not understand nor could they speak good english. I made the reservation anyway. I called back to revise my reservation, and spoke to another person who could not speak english. i am aware we live in a diverse world, but in the customer service field i feel it is highly important to be able to communicate well. This was not to be. I was very frustrated. Second of all, during my stay, the breakfast bar was horrible as usual, as this is not my first stay at the Hampton Inn in Reno. Eggs were dry and rubbery and gravy is nasty. Manager could not be found, is there actually one on the property? i am truly dissapointed in this place. Will stay at the Garden Inn next time.
