'Casamica' is a lovely Bed & Breakfast located in a small villa of 2 floors facing the Mediterranean sea, in a residential area well connected with Civitavecchia's city center, cruise port and train station (to get there it takes about 15 minutes walking, and about 3 minutes by car or bus if there is no traffic).This has been the first B&B to open in town, and in the past 10 years has been providing quality accomodation at affordable rates to thousands of indipendent travelers who were wishing to experience the true italian home charm.The friendly B&B owners live downstair in the villa, and are ready to help you with any practical info, map and sightseeing suggestion you may need, depending on your budget, interests and number of days you wish to spend in the area; they are a young well-traveled intercultural couple, both of them speaking fluently italian, english, spanish, french and portuguese.The guest area is upstair, so that you'll have a beautiful Seaview, an indipendent entrance and a lot of privacy to enjoy with fellow travelers (there is also a backside entrance suitable for guests with reduced mobility).All Rooms are non smoking and have private bathroom (en suite, or next door on the floor), TV, hairdryer, Wi-Fi Internet connection, working desk, heating, big ceiling fan; as each room has a different size and decoration, we guarantee that we'll assign you the nicest one... according to your needs but also to our reservations; also the bedding is quite flexible and sometimes it is possible to add extra beds if you ask for them in advance.The upper floor common area (who's not shared with the owners!) includes:-an elegant little Lobby/Lounge Room with fireplace, real leather sofas, antique piano, travel library, DVD player, cable TV, Internet Point, tea/coffee making facilities,-a panoramic 'al fresco' Patio, divided into an area with a couple of stone tables for intimate outdoor meals (self catering) and another area with deck chairs, hammock and rocking chair to relax getting a tan, reading, enjoying good music, sipping local wine, smoking your favourite cigars... or just watching beautiful sea sunsets right beyond our garden!The property also includes a wide Garden filled with grapes, olive trees, fruit trees and small kitchen-gardens,and a free secure Car Parking with enough space for all our guest's cars, motorbikes or bicycles.Our tasty italian continental Breakfast is prepared by ourselves and is served outdoor on sunny days.In the B&B's Neighborood there are 3 restaurants, 2 beach clubs, a take-away pizzeria, several grocery stores, a couple of supermarkets, 2 bakeries, a pharmacy, a tobacconist, a post office, a bank with ATM machine, a church, a brand new olympic-size swimming pool, tennis courts... all these spots are located within 5 minutes walking.Swimming, snorkeling or kayaking is possible for skilled swimmer in the rocky coast facing the property, and other Activities and Attractions can be found in town, such as thermal baths, Water Park, sailing, diving, horse riding, fishing, bike rental, car rental.Our Minivan is available on request for picking you up from Civitavecchia's train station or port gate (3 extra charge as a gas contribution for pick up service), and also to offer you a complimentrary transfer at check out time;we also could make arrangements for airport pick up or drop off (extra charges apply).Check In time is from 2 pm to 9 pm (any different arrangement has to be made in advance; in case of early arrival we can hold your luggages, but please always inform us about your expected arrival time... keep in mind that a B&B has no reception and there is not any receptionist available 24 hours a day!);there is NO Curfew, as our registered guests have the keys of their own room and the key of the apartment as well.
