Swiss Village Hotel & Resort, Phan Thiet

First, we waited for over an hour in the lobby while they "prepared" our room. All the while they were taking other guests right away. The shower didn't work and the TV didn't work. When we called the front desk they sent two people to our room. The people tried to turn on the shower and tried to turn on the TV. Both didn't work, they made a phone call and then handed me the phone. The person on the other end said, your TV and Shower don't work. And that was it. We sat in the hotel restaurant for 20 minutes before someone approached us. We stayed at 3 differant hotels while in Phan Thiet, this was by far the worst.
