Chase Street Properties, Baltimore

First, Chase Street Properties was by far the best company to deal with, best prices and the unit was just incredible. They were honest (not like other companies, like Interim Homes, they lied to me about a shuttle service, they told me that the free city commuter is part of their shuttle service...) I had scheduled to be at Johns Hopkins hospital at 5:30 am, and Lorraine took time away from he busy schedule to take me there, even if the service start at 8:30 am. Their prices were the best by far, I was quoted almost $1000.00 more for my stay with companies like Interim homes, Bridge Street and Oakwood than Chase. I highly recommend this company for those coming to Baltimore for medical reasons. Thank you Chase and Lorraine!!!

I made my reservation two weeks in advance. I set up a time with Lorraine from Chase to "move in." After driving all night to get to Baltimore I was looking forward to getting settled in my apartment. When I got to the property, Lorraine and all the other 5 employees were getting the apartment ready. The apartment was empty and they were still waiting for the "new" furniture delivery. I was finally able to get settled that evening. After spending all day here setting up the apartment, they forgot just about every "luxury" including toliet paper. The apartment was filthy, no cable and only one tv for a two bedroom apartment. I'm still waiting for Lorraine to return my call. Worst company ever.

The place was spotless, the furnished and decorations were very upscale and the personnel at chase was always attentive and ready to help us at anytime. The best part is the shuttle service to local hospitals plus the 24 hs. on call service!!!
