Heritage Suites Hotel, North Conway

My boyfriend and I have wanted to stay at this hotel forever. When I surprised him for valentines day with a trip to adventure suites he was very excited. I ordered the package which had campaign, bubble bath, a rose and chocolates in the room. When I arrived I had to go done to the lobby and ask for this since they had forgotten to put it in the room. That was not a big deal and we ended up having a nice night. The next morning we were awaken by the noise of them demoing and drilling the room next to ours. We went down to the front desk to see what was going on and if they could be quieter. They said they could not and they contained with they noise. I feel if they knew that they were going to be redoing the room next to ours they should have let us know before we paid $350.00 for the room. When we were upset about this they said they were sorry and they could have the owner call us. When the owner called us she was complicatedly rude and acted as if it was no big deal and did not care about it at all. This is a really bad way to run a business. I feel the owner should have at least been polite to us and understanding. The rooms are not worth the crazy amount of money you pay for them, since the bathroom ceiling in ours was falling down and I do not recommend anyone to stay there.

we stayed aug 1st and 2nd in the jungle room and it was so much fun had flat screen tvs 5 person jacuzzi 3 shower heads in shower . just a really fun time ...could have been a little cheaper 800 for monday tuesday but was woth every penny for me and my wife...

I don't know where these people were staying but it wasn't Adventure Suites. My wife and I just got back and we had a lovely and fun stay. The very next night we stayed in one of the "Finest Hotels" in the area and were sadly disappointed after our fun night at the Advnture Suites. I wish we'd ignored all these critisisms and just booked the whole vactaation there. First of all, to the people who thought it was "weird", what were you expecting, motel 6? The whole idea is to get into the mood of the place. If you can't, don't go! Stick to your basic four walls and hard square beds and enjoy your grey flannel life. For those of us who want to have some fun, this is the place! Second, to those who complained about the size of the room.. you get what you pay for. If you pay only small $ you get a small room. You pay medium$$ then you get a medium room. You pay the larger $ you get larger space. That is the way it is in all hotels. We stayed in the jungle room and had ample space. and being able to roll out of bed into the hot tub in the middle of the night was quite nice. We are recommeding this to our friends, and next time we go to Conway, we will be staying there. The only difficulty will be in picking the right suite for the right mood amongst their many options! The only negative we would add is that it is pricey but well worth it for somethign fun and different!

There was nothing at all i can say is good about the adventure suites! First of all my visit was not goood. U get no room service after 11 o clock and they were gonna lock us in our room and only let us use our back door and they wold have complete acsess to our room at all times. by the way our back door was located near the basement which is a home to foreign people but the basemet isnt even nice. CREEPY!!! we stayed in the owners quarters. now me andd my famiily are left scared said that they r pretty sure what s goin on there ...creeppyy!! u r not allowed to use the loby after 11 and the service are all crreeps. i got a very weird vibe from the minute i walked in and it is scary. we left at around 8:30 the day we checked in and we couldnt even get the first days money back!!! we will never return back there and the room was so smal. smaller than the pictures!! there were many inapropriate statues of naked people in the lobby that horrified my family because we had kids with us ranging form 3 to 12. this place was not kid friendly at all. if i were u i would never stay there. IM TELLIN YOU IF YOU ARE NORMAL AND WANT TO SAVE U LIVES DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!! ps if we were gonna stay there we would have paced around the room all nite with butcher knifes that were located in the droomrs.......not to mention that some of the cabnets are locked...now may i ask what u think mite be in there cuz we have nooo idea....we would not even dare to eat the cookies!!

Just got back from a two day stay there. When I got there the room was much smaller than the pictures on the web-site. The room was about the same size as any other hotel room. The place was clean the staff was great.. The bed was horrible. I don’t think there was a spring in there that wasn’t broken. No privacy out on the deck if it matters. Way to overpriced for what you get. By the way I stayed in the penthouse suite.

Dirty, tacky, cheesy. Not professionally built. Very homemade feeling/looking. Lacks cleanliness, quality, elegance. Small room. Clam shell bed? No curtain in the bathroom window! Hot tub dirty.l Waste of Money - too expensive. I you want more reasons why, go to trip advisor . com and read the negative reviews there. They are right on!

When my wife and I arrived and checked into our room we were brought into a room that was said to be smoke free but it smelled like cigerette smoke and there was an ash try sitting on the stand next to the bed. We asked to be switched to a different room and we were made to pay an additional 45.00 more for the room right next door. (Love shack) Even though this room smelled better the pictures on the website made the room look big but the room was extremely small. The next day after spending 12 hours out in the mountains we returned to find our floor was soaked. The staff told us we had over flowed a hot tub that we hadnt even used yet. The manager refused to return our money after we said we wanted to stay some place else. Instead they offered another for 190.00 more. Upset I fought with them and my wife and I left upset and because there was no other hotels in the area that had rooms we spend our anniversary night driving 3 hours back home. DOnt be fooled by pictures. The rooms are small. When you arrive they give you a tour and show you one of the rooms that is huge and nice, then they take you to your room which is need of some work. New sheets would be good. Even having a bigger bathroom in the rooms. When I asked to switch to the room they showed they said it was booked. My wife and I stayed across the hall and never saw anyone go in to that room. Hell they even showed us the room after 8pm at night and there was no sign of people staying in the room. We will never return to this hotel, it was no adventure

It was nice, don't get me wrong. the nicer ones were well done. we stayed in the jungle room, I guess my biggest complaint was after seeing how nice the other rooms were i felt like i was in the dumper of all. this is the one back room with no back door, why? the bed spread was old and worn and could be replaced. the bathroom was old and crappy looking. and the walls in the bed room could use some cheering up. it was to bad because the tub part was beutiful, and they could put some more time and money into the rest of it. little suggestion, loose the dark colors paint some murals on the walls of 3d jungle senes. get rid of the old broken window and put a big cheery window in there or slides, the view is great but missing from the room. i would and probaly will go back, just not to that room. sorry.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night and thought it was nice. We stayed in the deserted island room. It was neat, however it was very small and had no windows that could be opened. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. Free snacks and movies great breakfast in the Am. Only downside was walking through the hallway...the walls are very thin.....Great place, but wouldn't bring children here.

we stayed 1 eve and didnt want 2 ever leave oh what fun did we ever have a place of adventure we were filled with excitement and glow like a child again thank you thank you !
