Ocean Front Motel, Ocean City

What I liked about the place? It was very affordable for us, and it is located right on the beach. The room initially seemed pretty clean, although I found an eye brow brush in my sheets the next day, and I do not own one. There is a microwave and fridge in all the rooms. The air conditioner was strong and I liked like. What I did not like? They don't tell you ahead of time that there is no phone in the room, there was nothing about a lack of a phone in the description I read for the motel. The maid service after you check-in is simply to make your beds and give you fresh towels. We had no soap or wash cloths in the room when we checked in, and you have to keep asking for them, and you can't call by phone so you have to walk down the 2 flights, if you are on the 2nd floor each time. The ice machine is on the first floor where there are no rooms. There is no elevator, so unless your senior can walk two flights of stairs I would not recommend it. Our fire alarm was making a loud screeching noice and the manager came up and fixed it pretty quickly. it was pretty noisy at night, lots of kids I guess running around screaming. Also there was no shampo, shower cap, or lotion that most motel rooms have for you in the room. There was no coffee maker in the room as well.
