Ebb Tide Suites, Ocean City

the bed sheets gave me crabs and the water from the sink was brown... Never again

This place was AWESOME!!! We rented the one bedroom apartment. It was very big. We slept 6 people in there comfortably. My favorite is the gigantic bathroom. How nice to have a nice big bathroom in a hotel. I live in a house that is 5000 square feet so I am use to big and its hard to stay in hotels with small bathrooms so this was a nice surprise when we arrived. The location couldn't be better especially if you are bringing teenagers down who want to wonder off on their own its perfect. You are right next to the boardwalk and that was our situation. I had absolutely no trouble at all with noise. We stayed in room 376 over the 4th of July holiday and there were plenty of people at the shore during that time however we didn't hear a peep in our room. So anyone who wants to gauruntee no noise this is the room to book. You are on the opposite side of the rollercoaster. Loved the balcony. We would sit out there at night and in the morning and you can see the ocean. It was just beautiful. My teenageson and his friend loved this place and can't wait to go back. From this point on we will only rent at the Ebb Tides.

My 2 girlfriends and I go down every November and stay here. We LOVE it - friendly check-in/out people, and super clean. It's spacious and we can spread out - the unit we stay in has a nice wrap-around balcony. Same place next year for us!!

Pro: It was located very close to the ocean. Nice set up. Cons: The front desk did nothing to stop the upstairs neighbors from making noises all hrs of the night. You can hear everything in this hotel. Paper thin walls. The toilet got clogged took awhile for them to come fix it. I would never go back to this hotel.

Unexpectedly joined friends at Ebb Tide for Labor Day Weekend. We had the sofa. Not the best but we bought a cheap foam pad that made it quite comfortable. The kitchen was nice. All the basis were provided. Which doesn't mean cookie sheets or a good pan for omelettes. Any minor problems we had were quickly corrected by housekeeping. The music from the amusement park didn't bother us because we were on vacation with friends & of course we stayed up way past midnight. The music did stop at 11:30 pm. You could set your watch by it. It's a wonderful place to stay if you have children. The three televisions, the one DVD player in the living room & the refrig with ice maker worked beautifully. The amusement park, pool, ocean, board walk & laundry are right outside your door. There's a supermarket that within walking distance with reasonable prices. Only complaints are the pool which was always cold & a difficult parking spaces. Great family place to stay.

Just got back from a 3-day Labor Day weekend, and while the rooms were spacious and nice, the building abuts an amusement park that goes full-tilt until 11:30PM. Yes, I like "classic rock", and yes, we rode some of the rides, but it is nice to come back to a room and chill out, but that is not an option before 11:30PM. We asked for a late check-out, and were told we could take an extra hour by the night staff, but were berated by the day staff when we checked out an hour after 10AM. I guess the two shifts are not on speaking terms. Yes, is it very close to the beach, but I'd rather walk a block next time to get away from the feeling that I am operating the roller coaster ride!

as of today we called and service was rude and very non-helpful at all. we will probably never go there for the rest of our lives

The Ebb Tide Suites are fabulous. Clean, convienient, spacious. Couldn't ask for more in a vacation spot in Ocena City New Jersey. Only 1/2 block from the boardwalk and beach, amusement are right next door, but the noise stays out! Maid service is grand. Lots to do within walking distance! Highly Recommend!!
