The Atlantic Motel, Point Pleasant Beach

Great Time. Family Run Establishment. I really liked the Shore atmosphere. Free-WiFi, Clean and friendly setting. Very peaceful. I must say, I rated this 5 stars based on Moderate/Value accommodations. This is the best place to stay in Point Pleasant Beach. Be aware this is small town with no high rise chains like Hilton or Sheraton. It is not a luxury resort town. If you are looking for high society, "chocolate on the pillow" type place, go to Miami. Either way, this place delivers with small beach town charm. Fun Getaway.

Found this place through trial and error. On top of having the best face-value rate. They also do not hit you up for additional charges like most other places in Point Pleasant. Their beach passes are free, parking is free, access to pool is free, beach shuttle is free. We really like the shuttle even though it's a short 10 minute walk to beach, would walk it but have a bum leg and like to bring chairs. It definitely a luxury. The pool is also very nice,big & comfortable and our room was just updated. Very fresh.

I live in the same town as the "Atlantic" and was looking around for a place for family during the holidays. I called several establishments then drove to these places to look at rooms. I was surprised to see how many places seemed to raise rates as I walked in to look at these rooms. maybe they saw my mercedes and decided that I could afford more. Whatever the reasoning, I was impressed with this motel because of the best price but also the honesty. They actually have a year round schedule at the front desk and also would allow me to inspect the rooms before booking. many place did not even let me look at a room. Sorry but I am very obsessive about cleanliness and especially because the room was going to be for my daughter and grandchildren. The "Atlantic" was the best and the staff is friendly and kind. I appreciate them and I know they will appreciate the business we will be giving them from now on.

Most reasonable prices in point pleasant. Very clean and bright rooms. The owners are very really nice and cater to you as guest. Room Also had great new flat screen tv mounted on the wall with many channels. Location is great and will visit again if I am traveling in this area.

We found the Atlantic Motel on-line. The web-site is the best. Checked for availability and specials. Easy booking. Click. Stayed a summer weekend and what a pleasant surprise. They are what they advertise, a clean family establishment. This is most likely the best and cleaniest location in Point. Also sell discount amusement ride tickets which surprisingly is the only motel that offer this. In addition, front desk staff were terrific, pool was large and spotless a top highlight. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The rooms are awesome and have space right outside the room to sit outdoors "picnic table rooms". Will be back next summer.

The Atlantic Motel has superb service. The guys at the front desk really helped us out. Also had free shuttle service. The location is great being so close to the boardwalk. We really had a great time at jenkisons. The rooms are very nice. Could not ask for more. Will be returning next summer.

Outstanding Vacation. We came in by train and the Atlantic Motel "FREE" shuttle picked us up at the station. Same free shuttle used to bring you to the beach if you do not want to walk up about 10 minutes (3 blocks). Checked In and the Front Desk guy was very helpful. We stayed for four nights mid-week since they had a great special. FREE Passes to be beach. The Room was very bright and clean. Do not miss the fireworks on thurs nights.

Came to visit over Christmas holiday. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large, quiet and peaceful. It was great having a fridge and microwave in our room. Also the free wireless was great. Used my netflix account via free wireless to my laptop. Bonus. Will be visiting again. Also try spikes a block up the road. The seafood is to die for.

Have been coming here for years with my friends. Decided to come visit with family. I knew they would love the beach and boardwalk. It is walking distance to boardwalk and beach yet far enough off not to have the noise and crazyiness. Either way, if walking is not your thing. They have a free shuttle along with free passes to beach and parking. Everything dollar counts these days. Also was surprised this time by the Atlantic's new look. New sign, siding and room upgrades. Free wireless. Bonus.

recommended to us by my family who are locals to point pleasant beach. Had a great time during the summer and returned for thanksgiving. During the summer beach and pool were the highlights. Rooms are big and spotless. The aquarium on the boardwalk also comes to mind. Returned again this thanksgiving to see family and stayed again. The front desk was so helpful thanks again guys.
